This research deals with some aspects of theory of argumentation by Ducrot and Anscombre, which is known as the Theory of Argumentation within Language, emphasizes that argument is rooted in language, and wants to prove the general idea that language in itself has argumentative task. This research consists of two sections, the first one deals with the definition and concept of argument, function and goal of argument, characteristics of argument according to this theory and the relationship of the theory to logic and integrated pragmatics. In the second section, polyphony and Argumentation force, the argumentative scale, argumentative connectors and argumentative operators, and argumentative orientation, were discussed and necessary examples were provided.
